KFC Malaysia launches 11 NFT artwork pieces

Fans can get their hands on eight of these exclusive NFTs at OpenSea whilst the remaining three will be up for grabs in a social contest on KFC’s Instagram page.

KFC Malaysia has entered the blockchain market, collaborating with local artists Wilson Ng, Book of Lai, and Arif Rafhan Othman to produce 11 non-fungible tokens inspired by the brand’s secret recipe blend of 11 herbs and spices.

Fans can get their hands on eight of these exclusive NFTs at OpenSea whilst the remaining three will be up for grabs in a social contest on KFC’s Instagram page.

The digital art pieces were launched as part of the brand’s latest ‘It’s Finger Lickin’ Good’ campaign, which celebrates its presence in Malaysia for nearly five decades.

The brand has over 740 restaurants across the country serving Malaysians daily.

“Through this campaign, we are planning to engage with customers through various initiatives that will bring added value and customer satisfaction. We are committed to continue to be relevant to all Malaysians and to bring the nostalgia back to our nation’s favourite fried chicken brand,” said Stephen Chew, Brand Head of KFC Malaysia.
