UAE's favourite fast food chains revealed

Almost 6 in 10 UAE residents dine out at least once a week.

KFC is the most popular dining choice in the UAE, with 38.9% of residents considering it when eating out, according to YouGov’s 2025 UAE Dining Out Report.

 

McDonald’s follows at 35.2%, and local favourite Albaik ranks third at 33.6%.

International fast-food brands dominate the rankings, with Pizza Hut (31.2%) and Burger King (26.3%) completing the top five.

Starbucks sits in sixth place (23.1%), ahead of Papa John’s (18.8%), Hardee’s (18.6%), Domino’s (18.3%), and Subway (17.1%).

According to the report, almost 6 in 10 UAE residents dine out at least once a week.

Another 29% dine out at least once a month, whilst 8% dine out less frequently.
