Muffin Break releases latest Bean Poll results

Voting closes on 20 May, with results being posted to Muffin Break’s official Facebook page the evening before the official election.

Muffin Break released its latest results for its Unofficial Election Bean Poll, seeing the Coalition having overtaken Labour for the first time since the campaign’s launch in the lead up to the federal election on May 21.

Over 500,000 Muffin Break customers have taken to the Bean Polls, which the chain says is set to predict the federal election results for a sixth  consecutive time.

The Coalition is currently up 3% from last week at the Bean Polls, taking 35% of votes nationwide, whilst Labour has fallen 3% from last week sitting closely alongside the Coalition at
33%.

Independent candidates came in at 19.2%, and the Greens sitting behind at 13.4%.

“It’s always interesting to see how the votes are skewed throughout the campaign. With just a week to go, it’s looking to be a tight race, but it can swing very quickly!” Muffin Break general manager Natalie Brennan said.

Voting closes on 20 May, with results being posted to Muffin Break’s official Facebook page the evening before the official election.
