SSP UK&I plans new outlets in Belfast Airport’s £100m overhaul
It aims to expand its presence to nine units, adding more F&B options across both airside and landside areas.
F&B operator SSP Group is set to open several new and revamped outlets as part of Belfast International Airport’s £100m investment programme.
The airport is in the midst of a five-year overhaul aimed at improving the passenger journey, with work already underway on upgrades such as a new security hall.
As the next stage of the project rolls out, SSP will expand its presence to nine units, adding more food and drink options across both airside and landside areas.
The lineup will include a new family-friendly sit-down restaurant and additional quick-service choices, including SSP’s Soul & Grain concept, Starbucks, and Burger King.
Several existing sites will also be updated. The Lagan bar will be expanded and refurbished, and the airport will gain a new 300-seat bar and kitchen.
The new outlets are expected to highlight Northern Ireland’s culture and landmarks and feature dishes created with local suppliers and ingredients.
