Huxtaburger to open in Melbourne’s Bourke Street

The brand confirmed growth within Melbourne and teased “taking the Huxtaburger brand experience to new states and [t]erritories.”

Huxtaburger announced it will open a store in Melbourne’s Bourke Street on May 23, aiming to capitalize on workers returning to the CBD.

The outlet, the brand’s 10th overall and first opening for the year, was secured after signing a short-term lease whilst its Fulham Place store is currently closed for refurbishment.

For the first two weeks from opening day, Huxtaburger will offer a breakfast burger and iced coffee or hash brown for $10, or a burger, chips and soft drink for $15.

On June 2, their eponymous grass-fed beef burger, the Bam Bam and plant-based Buddy will be offered for $5 from 12pm to 3pm.
