Five Guys Int’l streamlines service with Flybuy–Deliverect integration

The integration links Deliverect’s order system with Flybuy’s pickup platform.

Five Guys International is adopting a new integration between Flybuy and Deliverect to improve order visibility and speed up service for customers and delivery drivers.

The integration connects Deliverect’s real-time order management system with Flybuy’s pickup and delivery platform.

Orders placed through Deliverect are now automatically updated within the Flybuy dashboard, giving staff live information to coordinate more efficient pickups and deliveries.

In its first phase, the system pushes order updates from Deliverect into Flybuy. The next stage will allow Flybuy to send customer status notifications—such as “En Route,” “Nearby,” and “Arrived”—back to Deliverect, creating a two-way flow of information and full transparency throughout the order process.

By using the combined platforms, Five Guys aims to reduce wait times and provide a smoother experience for both guests and drivers across its international locations.
