Hero Brands’ virtual arm launches ‘Sides’ concept

The chicken brand was created with British YouTube group The Sidemen.

Virtual Hero, which houses Hero Brands’ stable of virtual restaurants, announced the launch of its new ‘Sides’ concept, created in partnership with British YouTube group The Sidemen.

Sides features a menu that allows customers to choose their protein(chicken or plant-based) in either a delicious ‘sando’, slider, salad or to be featured with the choice of seven different flavours (chipotle, classic buffalo, BBQ, Korean BBQ, Teriyaki, Garlic Mayo, Louisiana). 

Accompanying side dishes include waffle fries, mac and cheese, side slaw, onion rings and cheese poppers.

Customers in London can now order from 'Sides' across London via REEF’s ‘community hubs’ and the UAE, with 200 sites set to open globally by the end of 2022. 

Hero Brands is the company behind the fast casual chain German Doner Kebab, Choppaluna and Island Poké.
