Hero Brands, Professor Green team up to launch PG Fast Food

The first outlet is set to open this March on Glasgow’s Byres Road.

Musician Professor Green is launching a new fast-food brand, PG Fast Food, in partnership with Hero Brands.

The first outlet is scheduled to open on Byres Road in Glasgow in March, with two more Scottish sites planned for later in 2026.

The menu will focus on filled and sealed "UFOs," plus salad and rice bowls, with flavours inspired by nostalgic comfort food such as All Day Cheesy Beano, BBQ Chicken, and Pot Roast Beef.

Sweet options will include “ICE Grapes” with various toppings, ranging from agave and tajín to white raspberry.

Drinks will centre on “Dirty Soda,” with preset combinations like Cola Cherry Bakewell, Hot Glasgow Kiss, and Cotton Candy Unicorn, alongside build-your-own options with flavoured syrups, creams, purées, and foam toppings.

PG Fast Food will join Hero Brands’ portfolio, which includes German Doner Kebab and Sides, the Sidemen-backed chicken chain.

The exact opening date has not been confirmed.
