The new venue, operating under the name Aurora by Brunch & Cake, is located at The Avenues.
The restaurant has 92 seats across indoor and outdoor areas and will operate daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Aurora introduces a more upscale version of the brand’s all-day dining format.
The concept focuses on a premium casual offering, with an emphasis on atmosphere and detail. The interior features neutral colours, natural materials, and warm lighting.
The menu combines existing Brunch & Cake dishes with a separate Aurora selection. The additional menu centres on comfort food presented with more refinement.
Menu items include Lobster Croffle, Poached Pear Porridge, and Giant Fries with truffle and parmesan.
Core dishes such as the Next Level Avo Toast and B&C Shakshuka remain available.
The drinks list includes speciality beverages, mocktails, and juices aimed at local dining preferences.
