Subway tests Smashed Falafel Sub in 300 UK stores
The limited trial offers the falafel sub alongside a six-piece Falafel Bites side.
Subway is starting 2026 with two new menu items: a breaded chicken sandwich and a Smashed Falafel Sub.
The Smashed Falafel Sub, aimed at plant-based eaters, will be tested in 300 UK stores until 24 March, or whilst supplies last.
The Breaded Chicken Sub is made with a new, filleted chicken breast that is coated four times and baked.
Both new subs are available as a footlong or 6-inch sandwich, wrap, salad, or spud, and a six-piece portion of Falafel Bites is also on the menu.
Additionally, Subway is also bringing back its Oat & Raisin Cookie.
