PAUL Bakery offers new cake collection for Mother’s Day

It includes Cake au Citron, Pistachio Cake, Blackcurrant Mousse Cake, and Carrot Cake.

PAUL Bakery has unveiled a new selection of cakes to celebrate Mother’s Day.

The new cake collection includes Cake Au Citron, Pistachio Cake, Blackcurrant Mousse Cake, and Carrot Cake.

The Cake Au Citron consists of a Genoise sponge, layered with lemon cream, tangy lemon curd, and finished with a glossy lemon glaze, topped with a mini lemon macaron and edible flowers.

The Pistachio Cake also features Genoise sponge, but with a layer of Chantilly cream, lashings of pistachio, and vanilla buttercream and is topped with pistachio macarons and crushed pistachios.

The Blackcurrant Mousse Cake combines plain sponge topped with blackcurrant ganache, blackcurrant jam, raspberry crisp, blackcurrant mousse, and fresh blackberries.

The Carrot Cake boasts layers of cream cheese, an orange glaze, pecan nuts, and vanilla buttercream.

Customers can order online and collect from any PAUL stores across London, Reading, and Oxford.
