Krispy Kreme releases new Paris inspired-doughnut range

The range comes in four signature Parisian flavours.

Krispy Kreme has introduced the all-new Passport to Paris Collection, a doughnut range inspired by Parisian desserts.

According to Krispy Kreme, this is their way to let fans have a taste of Paris whilst cheering on Australia’s athletes without the airfare.

The new range comes in four different flavours. The Crème Brulee is an unglazed shell doughnut filled with creamy custard filling and dipped in caramel truffle and crème brulee crunch; the Double Choc Éclair is an unglazed shell doughnut filled with choc custard filling, dipped in chocolate ganache, topped with choc drizzles and crisp choc pearls; the Raspberry & Vanilla Creme which is an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in raspberry icing and cookie pieces and is topped with red raspberry curd and vanilla cream; and finally, the Vanilla Custard, an unglazed shell doughnut filled with vanilla custard filling, dipped in white icing with chocolate drizzles and flaky biscuit crumbs.

“Most people can’t be there in Paris to cheer on their country’s team. So, we’re giving you a ‘Passport to Paris’ in the form of delicious doughnuts with Parisian dessert flavours,” Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme said.

Krispy Kreme’s Passport to Paris Collection will be available at all Krispy Kreme stores in Australia (in-shop and for pickup or delivery via the website) + participating Woolworths and 7-Eleven stores.

Krispy Kreme isn't the only QSR brand to join in on the Paris fever. Recently, Pizza Hut also hosted its own promotion for every single Australian gold won.
