Americana board member Tracy Gehlan leads Subway EMEA

Subway has named Tracy Gehlan as its new president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Gehlan has over two decades of experience in franchising and quick-service restaurants (QSR). She most recently served as president of international operations at Driven Brands, where she oversaw business across 13 countries.
Earlier in her career, she also served as Senior Vice President EMEA & COO International at Hertz Global Holdings, one of Europe’s largest franchise systems, where she drove business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Moreover, she has also held senior roles at Smashburger and Burger King.
In addition to her new role in Subway, Gehlan also sits on the board of Americana Restaurants International, a major restaurant operator in the Middle East.
