Huxtaburger partners with Audio Technica to launch new Japanese-inspired burgers

The burgers take inspiration from Audio Technica’s Japanese heritage.

Huxtaburger is releasing two Japanese-inspired burgers in partnership with tech brand Audio Technica.

Founded by Hideo Matsushita, Audio Technica is a Japanese company that designs and manufactures professional microphones, headphones, turntables, phonographic magnetic cartridges, and other audio equipment.

Audio Technica joined Huxtaburger to celebrate the release of its newest turntable, an iconic portable turntable originally released in 1979 called the Sound Burger.

In line with that, Huxtaburger created two new Japanese-inspired burgers: Suzi – with fried chicken, pickled ginger and yuzu mayo, and Kenji – with miso beef and wasabi ketchup – both officially launching in stores in early October.

Huxtaburger will be serving their burger versions of the Sound Burger at all of their locations in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. 

Every person who purchases one of these Japanese-inspired burgers via Huxtaburger’s loyalty program – ATE Rewards - will go into a draw to win an AT-SB727 Sound Burger portable Bluetooth turntable. Audio-Technica is giving away one record player at each Huxtaburger locations.
