I am Doner founder offers 1 year supply of kebabs for Oasis reunion concert ticket
This comes to one kebab a week.
Paul Baron, founder of UK kebab brand I am Doner is offering to trade a year’s supply of kebabs for a concert ticket.
Baron is willing to give anyone willing to trade one ticket to the Oasis reunion concert for a year’s worth of kebab amounting to at least one a week in any of I am Doner’s locations.
The news comes as Oasis announced a reunion concert in 2025, with tickets already sold out. Baron, eager to also secure a ticket announced this offer of a trade.
I am Doner has restaurants in London, Leeds, Headingley, Liverpool, Harrogate, and Datchet. It offers a range of kebabs, including gluten-free and vegan options.
“Growing up near Manchester in the '90s, Britpop and Oasis were a huge part of my life. Kebab shops were an essential part of the Manchester Britpop culture—almost as iconic as the music itself. There’s a real connection to Oasis; Liam has openly shared his love for kebabs, famously mentioning in an NME article his enjoyment of a kebab and ten pints, and even telling a story about being mistaken for his brother in a Camden kebab shop, where we now have our own location,” Baron said.
“I can’t express how much I want to get my hands on one of these tickets. I’m even open to going with someone I don’t know; I’d happily tag along if they want to give up their second ticket. So, the question is: how much is a year of kebabs worth to you? Enough to ditch your partner or friend for a night? I’d say, definitely maybe!” Baron added.
Anyone interested in taking up the offer is encouraged to message I am Doner on Instagram or TikTok.
