The Coffee Club offers free remakes under new Coffee Guarantee
The policy covers all 16 hot and cold espresso-based drinks.
The Coffee Club has introduced a Coffee Guarantee, under which customers can have their coffee remade at no extra cost if it is not prepared according to their order.
The policy applies to all 16 espresso-based beverages, served hot or cold, at more than 200 stores across Australia.
It covers customised orders, including requests such as oat milk, no sugar, extra-hot preparation, or added flavoured syrups.
To mark the launch, the chain is offering a free coffee from 15 to 21 June to customers who bring in a takeaway coffee cup from another café.
The company said the guarantee is intended to ensure drinks are prepared to customers’ specifications by its trained baristas.
The Coffee Guarantee is now available at all The Coffee Club locations nationwide.
