Various Eateries CEO resigns
No replacement has been named.
Various Eateries PLC CEO Yishay Malkov has resigned from the company.
According to a press release, Malkov will be stepping down from his role as director and CEO whilst also resigning from all directorships in respect of Various Eateries companies with immediate effect.
Despite his resignation, Malkov will be available to the Various Eateries team over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition period. Malkov led the group for three years.

In a LinkedIn post, Malkov said it’s time for him ‘to move on’ and is ‘gutted to leave.
“I will now take a wee break with my family. They seem like a nice bunch and I’d like to get to know them better;). I will catch up on my sleep, do some house work and chill for a bit and will take up any and every opportunity to grab a relaxing coffee or a pint with all of you now that I have some time on my hands. I wish you all success and hope to see you again soon,” Malkov said.
Andy Bassadone will continue to lead the Group in his role as Executive Chairman with a strong focus on the growing Noci brand, whilst Rebecca Tooth will continue as Managing Director of Coppa Club.
Various Eateries owns, develops and operates restaurant, clubhouse and hotel sites in the United Kingdom. Its three core brands are the Coppa Club, Tavolino, and Noci.
