Retail Food Group announces name change

Its new name will be Savora Brands Limited.

Retail Food Group plans to change its name to Savora Brands Limited, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting to be convened later this year.

According to the group’s ASX announcement, the new name, Savora Brands Limited, will sybolise the brand’s “forward-looking vision and dedication to building on our strong retail brand heritage whilst pursuing growth and innovation”.

The announcement comes at the same time as the brand's latest trading update.
