Restaurant operator Tasty to rebrand as Bow Street Group
The company also announced plans to raise £9.25m.
Restaurant operator Tasty will rebrand as Bow Street Group plc, which will in effect change the company's AIM ticker to "BOW.”
Its website will also be updated to reflect the new corporate identity.
The company also announced board changes. Pending shareholder approval and share admission, two new executives—David Page and Nick Wong—will be appointed to the board as Executive Chairman and CFO, respectively.
Page previously served as CEO and chairman of PizzaExpress and founded The Fulham Shore, where he acts as executive chairman.
Meanwhile, Wong was the finance director at both The Clapham House Group PLC and The Fulham Shore.
“We aspire to deliver four to six acquisitions over the first three years with a focus on high-quality, great value-for-money offerings with the potential to scale across the UK,” Page said.
Moreover, plans to raise £9.25m through a placing and subscription of new shares at 0.5 pence per new ordinary share.
A separate retail offer for existing and new shareholders will follow, with more details to be released soon.
As part of the fundraising, the company will acquire Ventnor Bay Company Limited for around £200k.
