DPG director steps down

This takes effect on 31 December.

Domino’s Pizza Group has announced that Stella David has decided to step down from her role as director of the company, effective 31 December.

According to DPG, David has informed them that her decision results from her recent appointment as Interim CEO of Entain plc, which means that she will no longer have sufficient time to fulfil her commitments to DPG.

Entain is an international sports betting and gambling company.

“On behalf of the Board, I'd like to thank Stella for her contribution to Domino's. She has been an outstanding Board director. While we are sorry to see her leave the Board, we understand her reasons and wish her every success with her future endeavours,” Matt Shattock, chair of DPG said.
