Americana Restaurants profit up 15.3% to $135.4m in 9M

Revenue for the period rose 14.4% YoY to $1.84b.

Americana Restaurants reported a net profit of $135.4m for the first nine months of 2025, up 15.3% year on year (YoY), maintaining a 7.4% profit margin.

The company noted that profits were affected by $11.3m in new tax regulations in key markets.

Revenue for the period rose 14.4% YoY to $1.84b. Like-for-like sales increased 10.4%, driven by operational improvements, new menu items, and stronger digital sales.

EBITDA climbed by 18.2% to $414.2m compared to the same period in 2024.

The company opened 68 new outlets and acquired 46 Pizza Hut restaurants in Oman, bringing its total number of locations to 2,657 across 12 countries.

In the third quarter alone (Q3 2025), revenue reached $622.7m, a 12.2% increase from Q3 2024.

EBITDA rose 18.6% to $139.3m, whilst net profit increased 14.7% to $42.9m.

Americana also expanded its inclusion and social responsibility initiatives in the UAE, opening four Pizza Hut branches staffed by employees with hearing and speech impairments in partnership with the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services.

The company introduced a “Sign & Smile” card to help customers communicate using basic sign language.
