Jollibee eyes US listing—report

The brand recently invested in a South Korean coffee chain.

Jollibee is eyeing a US listing, a report by Forbes said.

JFC Group boss Ernest Tanmantiong was quoted saying that they are ‘hoping to get a better valuation from Wall Street’ in reference to the group’s plans of a Nasdaq debut as part of their plans to be one of the world’s five most valuable chains.

Recently, the group acquired the South Korean coffee brand Compose Coffee. However, the group said they currently have no plans to bring the brand to the international market. Aside from Compose Coffee, JFC owns The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Common Man Roasters.
