Zambrero offers $5,000 in tacos for Australia's biggest hands
The winner receives 570,000 Zam Fam points redeemable over 2 years.
Zambrero is giving away $5,000 worth of tacos for the Australian with the biggest hands.
The event is part of its marketing strategy for the launch of its new Fat Taco, a product positioned as a more substantial version of a standard taco, using a thicker tortilla intended to hold a larger filling.
The Fat Taco is filled with a choice of protein, pickled red onion and sour cream.
"We considered filling the role internally, but after an audit of the Zambrero team's hands, we had to admit we simply weren't up to the task. Somewhere out there is an XXL gloved Australian whose hands were made for this moment - and we will not rest until those hands are wrapped around a Fat Taco. The search starts now. We want every Australian to show us what they've got,”
To enter, participants must place one hand flat against a ruler, measuring tape or Zambrero's official measurement sheet, take a photo, and upload it with their details via Zambrero's website. Hands will be measured from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm. Participants can also nominate themselves or someone else by commenting on Zambrero's official "Big Hand Energy" post on Instagram or TikTok.
The ‘$5,000 worth of tacos’ will be delivered as 570,000 Zam Fam points credited to their account - redeemable at all Zambrero restaurants across Australia for a period of two years.
The contest will run until 4 August, ending at 23:59 with the announcement of the winner on 12 August.
