Auntie Anne’s targets Scottish growth with new Glasgow opening
The opening marks the chain's second operating location in Scotland.
Auntie Anne’s has opened a new store at Frasers Plus Braehead in Glasgow, creating 12 jobs.
The standalone outlet, located next to Five Guys in the food court, will make the brand’s hand-rolled, freshly baked pretzels on-site each day and serve its lemonade to shoppers.
The opening marks Auntie Anne’s second operating location in Scotland, following its kiosk at The Centre Livingston.
The company said the Braehead store will act as its flagship Scottish site as it looks to expand into more high-footfall retail and leisure locations.
The pretzel chain is also seeking further sites and franchise partners in Scottish cities, including Aberdeen, Dundee, and Stirling, as part of its wider UK and Ireland growth plans.
The new store joins other food and drink outlets at Frasers Plus Braehead, including Snowflake Gelato, Chopstix, Millie’s Cookies, and the recently opened Bubbleology.
