Mixue Malaysia strengthens franchise network, operational support
Over 300 local franchises benefit from structured training and digital tools.
Mixue Malaysia is expanding its local market footprint by partnering with over 300 Malaysian store owners and training around 4,000 employees to support growth in the freshly made beverage sector.
According to the company, 93.19% of its franchisees in Malaysia are locals.
The franchise system includes structured training, operational guidance, standardised procedures, and ongoing support for franchisees.
Mixue Malaysia reports that 157 of its stores are HALAL-certified. It also deploys market supervision teams to monitor operating standards.
The company uses digital systems such as point-of-sale (POS) analytics, inventory management tools, performance dashboards, and digital training platforms to manage operations.
Store design, construction, renovation, logistics, and distribution are handled through external partners.
Mixue Malaysia currently employs about 2,900 Malaysians.
The company says it plans to continue working with local partners, government agencies, and industry associations as it expands its presence in Malaysia.
