Domino’s Pizza Enterprise hires ex-Collins Foods chief
He also had several C-level roles in Europe.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE), one of the largest Domino’s Pizza franchisees, has appointed Drew O’Malley as an independent non-executive director, effective 2 April 2026.
O’Malley is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry. He was recently the CEO of KFC and Taco Bell operator Collins Foods Limited before resigning in 2024.
Before Collins Foods, O’Malley held several senior executive positions at AmRest, one of Europe’s largest restaurant operators. His roles included COO, Chief Digital Officer and Division President of Central Europe, with responsibility for multi-country operations spanning Starbucks, Pizza Hut and KFC.
The announcement follows the group’s H1 FY2026 results, where underlying net profit rose 2.2%.
