Burger Urge expands in Toowoomba

This marks the 31st restaurant of the burger chain.

Burger Urge opened its second restaurant in Toowoomba, marking its 31st restaurant in Australia.

Located at 407 Bridge Street, Wilsonton, the restaurant’s design is a nod to the cult classic film Empire Records and the 1990s. The opening created 40 new jobs.

According to Burger Urge, community engagement will also be a focus, with plans underway to connect with local sporting groups and schools in the Wilsonton area. To celebrate their opening, Burger Urge Wilsonton will host a Halloween Block Party on Friday, 31 October from 4PM, complete with face painting, spin-and-win prizes, live music and plenty more.

The new restaurant was opened by local franchise partners Grant and Jordan Phillips.
