
Ole & Steen unveils autumn menu
The lineup includes new versions of the chain’s well-known pastries.
Ole & Steen has introduced its autumn menu, adding seasonal variations to its signature bakes and savoury dishes.
Available in stores from 2 September, the lineup includes new versions of the chain’s well-known pastries.
The Cinnamon Social is joined by the new Apple Crumble Social, layered with apple jam, cinnamon, custard, and crumble. The classic Danish pastry now comes with an apple filling.
From 9 September, a Pistachio Bun will be added, following the popularity of last year’s Cardamom Bun.
Rounding out the sweet section of the autumn menu is a lemon & blackberry cake, topped with dried flower petals.
On the savoury side, Nordic Bowls featuring salmon or chicken will be offered, built around vegetables such as beetroot, broccoli, sweet potato, and cabbage.
The Roast Chicken Roll makes a return, whilst a new Egg Mayo & Watercress Roll is introduced on the bakery’s Skagen bread.
The new menu also coincides with the launch of PRESS Juices and Smoothies across UK stores.
