Black Sheep Coffee hits major milestone in franchise expansion

Black Sheep Coffee announced that it has over 150 new store commitments across the UK under multi-unit development agreements.

The latest deal provides the franchise partner with the exclusive development rights for the entire County of Surrey against a commitment to open a minimum of 17 new stores in the territory..

The news follows after Black Sheep Coffee reported a 25% surge in same-store sales during the first half of 2025.

Aside from the UK, Black Sheep Coffee is also expanding in the US, recently opening in Florida as part of its international expansion plans.
