The Sushi Co opens Brighton outlet

This takes the chain’s total locations to 21.

The Sushi Co has opened a new branch on Western Road in Brighton, marking its 21st location in the UK.

The restaurant, which offers dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, is run by franchisee Nandu Reddy, a former cluster store manager for the chain, and a team of 13 staff.

The company plans to expand to 30 outlets by the end of 2025 and reach 100 UK restaurants by 2030.

“Demand is such that we are now inviting applications for new franchisees in locations in London and the South East and beyond,” said Raheel Choudhary, co-founder of The Sushi Co.
