Tortilla posts £35.4m revenue in H1

Adjusted EBITDA was £1.2m.

Tortilla Mexican Grill posted £35.4m in revenue in the first half of 2025 (H1 2025).

The UK’s like-for-like (LFL) sales were up by 5%. This included a 5.9% increase in the first quarter and 4.2% in the second.

For the half-year, like-for-like revenue was up 12.8% in the UK and 16.8% in the UAE.

The company is continuing to roll out self-service kiosks, now installed in 32 restaurants.

In France, refurbishment work is underway to rebrand former sites to Tortilla, with most expected to be completed by year-end.

Adjusted EBITDA (pre-IFRS) was £1.2m.

The UK business generated a gain of £2.4m, up 33% year on year (YoY).
