Grill’d partners with Qlik to update operations

This aims to improve staffing, supply chains, and customer feedback.

Grill’d has partnered with data analytics firm Qlik to overhaul how it manages operations across its restaurants.

The move aims to improve how the company handles staffing, supply chains, and customer feedback by tapping into real-time data.

Managers now have access to live updates every 30 minutes, helping them align staff rosters with actual demand.

The new system also pulls together information from multiple sources, such as delivery app reviews, financial data, and mystery shopper reports, into a single dashboard via Snowflake, allowing clearer oversight of day-to-day performance.

Grill’d has expanded its use of data sources from five to more than 25, and Qlik’s low-code tools mean staff without technical backgrounds can now work with the data directly.
