Flash Coffee taps former Fore Coffee exec Bardon Matthew as CEO

He is tasked with improving operations and pushing forward the company’s growth plans.

Indonesian coffee chain Flash Coffee has appointed Bardon Matthew as its new CEO.

Matthew, former vice president of operations at Fore Coffee, brings over two decades of experience and also held senior roles at Krispy Kreme and Indofood.

He began his career as a barista and later worked with companies like Starbucks, J.Co, and Maxx Coffee.

Now at Flash Coffee, Matthew is tasked with improving operations and pushing forward the company’s growth plans.

Flash Coffee aims to reach 80 stores by end-2025, including new locations in two more cities, and grow to 130 outlets in 2026.

Long-term, the company is targeting over 500 stores across Indonesia.
