Top QSR CEOs to join the QSR Media Conference & Awards 2025

The event is set for 13 October at the Hilton Sydney.

Four of the industry’s most prominent executives will headline the Leader’s Panel at the QSR Media Conference & Awards 2025, powered by Red Bull.

Set to take place on 13 October at the Hilton Sydney Hotel, the panel will feature Brett Houldin, CEO of El Jannah; Chris Green, CEO of Hungry Jack’s; Chris Garlick, CEO of Retail Zoo; and Simon Crowe, Founder and Managing Director of Grill’d Healthy Burgers.

The session will see the panellists reflect on the past year and share their outlook for 2026, addressing how shifting consumer expectations, digital innovation, and operational pressures are shaping Australia’s quick-service and fast-casual restaurant landscape.

The Leader’s Panel is one of several key sessions in a program that brings together senior decision-makers from across the sector.
