Domino’s taps Asia chief Josh Kilimnik as interim Japan CEO
Current Japan CEO Martin Steenks will shift to the role of COO.
Domino’s Pizza has appointed Asia CEO Josh Kilimnik as interim CEO of its Japan operations, aiming to turn around the struggling business whilst it searches for a permanent replacement.
The company says it is looking for a Japanese national with strong experience in business turnarounds and operations and expects to fill the role within six months.
Current Japan CEO Martin Steenks will shift to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
With his expatriate visa due to conclude in a year, Steenks will continue in-market, focused on driving operational improvements and franchisee performance.
