Mad Mex taps Cameron Fincher as new CEO

He will lead the brand’s next phase of growth.

Mexican restaurant brand Mad Mex has appointed Cameron Fincher as its new CEO, tasked to guide the company's next phase of growth and innovation.

“Cameron’s extensive experience across a diverse range of businesses and categories makes him the perfect fit to continue our vision of building Australia’s most loved and respected Mexican food brand,” said Clovis Young, founder and managing director of Mad Mex.

Fincher’s career spans some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Unilever, KFC, and Breville.
