Karali Snacks gobbles UK artisanal doughnut brand Crosstown Doughnuts

The deal will see Karali take over 27 Crosstown Doughnuts outlets.

Franchise firm Karali Group, through its subsidiary Karali Snacks, has acquired the artisan doughnut, ice cream, and speciality coffee brand Crosstown Doughnuts.

The deal will see Karali Snacks acquire 27 Crosstown outlets, market units, kiosks, concessions, and trucks.

Crosstown is composed of 140 staff. All staff will transfer across to Karali whilst the business will continue to be led by CEO Howard Ebison.
