Patisserie Valerie back on the expansion trail
The chain employed more than 3,000 staff in the UK before shuttering its bakeries.
Bakery chain Patisserie Valerie is set to reopen two restaurants before the end of October, a report by The Sun revealed.
According to the report, Patisserie Valerie will be reopening more cafes over the next few months as part of its reinvestment in its estates. Target sites and dates are yet to be announced.
Patisserie Valerie collapsed into administration after a fallout due to accountancy fraud which forced it to close a majority of its restaurants.
