Karl Jolly returns to Sticks’n’Sushi as Chief People Officer
He will oversee the company's 1,400 employees and workforce stability.
Sticks’n’Sushi has appointed Karl Jolly as its Chief People Officer (CPO), marking his return to the company after a three-year break.
The Danish restaurant group, which operates around 30 locations in the UK, Denmark, and Germany, is preparing for the next phase of its growth.
Jolly joins from New World Trading Company, where he was People Director overseeing more than 1,200 staff.
With over 25 years of experience in HR across retail and hospitality, he has worked with brands including TGI Fridays, Pret A Manger, Mitchells & Butlers, Starbucks, KFC, and Waitrose.
In his new role, Jolly will support Sticks’n’Sushi’s 1,400 employees across the UK and Europe, working with the CEO on operations, leadership, and maintaining the company’s low employee turnover and workforce stability.
