Thailand’s Central Restaurants Group unveils new franchise model for Mister Donut business

The company endeavors to open another 50 outlets in the country this year.

Central Restaurants Group (CRG), the operator of Mister Donut in Thailand, is rolling out a new franchise model for the bakery business as it endeavors to open another 50 outlets in the country this year.

The company revealed in its Linkedin page that the starting investment for the model would be 600,000 baht (approx. US$18,000) over a one to two-year period. Targets for the year are to open over 20 franchise outlets with overall growth of over 10%.

CRG said it is looking to grow Mister Donut in greater Bangkok and upcountry, eyeing shopping malls, hypermarkets, gas stations and universities.
