Las Vegas-based Houston TX Hot Chicken (HHC) is expanding internationally for the first time, entering the UK market through a master franchise agreement with PizzaExpress.
The hot chicken chain plans to open three UK locations in 2026, with a goal of reaching 50 sites nationwide within three years.
Founded in 2021, HHC has grown in the US by building its identity around spicy chicken offerings and a brand style tied to car culture and social media-driven marketing.
Its menu centres on the Original Hot Chicken Sandwich, offered at multiple spice levels, alongside chicken tenders, waffles, nuggets, loaded fries, house-made lemonades, and its signature house sauce.
The UK rollout follows rapid domestic expansion, with the company now operating across nine US states and having sold more than 100 US franchises.
