Fine dining group shifts strategy with new QSR concept

The new outlet is situated next to The Bavarian.

Australian fine dining group Hunter St. Hospitality has announced the launch of Catch Fish and Chips, its first quick-service restaurant brand.

The new restaurant opened in Westfield Chermside.

“Catch Fish and Chips is inspired by the Aussie tradition of enjoying good fish and chips by the beach,” said Frank Tucker, CEO of Hunter St. Hospitality, the group behind Catch Fish and Chips.

The outlet, situated next to The Bavarian, offers dishes such as New Zealand hoki, salmon, and barramundi, alongside burgers, bowls, and standard sides.

The menu also features a kids’ section and a deep-fried Mars Bar.

Opening hours are 11:30am–9pm Monday to Friday, 11am–9:30pm Saturday, and 11:30am–8:30pm Sunday.
