BonBird opens first restaurant in Abu Dhabi

This comes after its expansion to Oman in April.

Dubai-headquartered chicken chain BonBird has announced its first restaurant in Abu Dhabi at Gardens Plaza in Khalifa City.

The restaurant is 1,000 sq ft and seats up to 60 guests. It will be open from 10 AM to 1 AM.

BonBird’s expansion into Abu Dhabi is part of Yolk Brands’ broader mission to take its fast-growing QSR concepts to every major UAE neighbourhood, and beyond. Aside from Dubai, the brand also launched in markets such as Qatar, Pakistan, and Oman.

Launched in 2023, BonBird serves fried chicken in a variety of flavours. It is well-known for its spicy chicken and takes its inspiration from East London’s classic chicken shops

Bonbird is a Dubai-born fast food chicken chain founded in 2023 by Yolk Brands, offering a variety of fresh fried chicken dishes, including bone-in pieces, tenders, burgers, wraps, rice bowls, and sides, all available in five spice levels from Lemon Pepper to XXX Hot.

The brand emphasises quality by serving hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and preservative-free chicken, aiming to provide a community-focused dining experience where customers can enjoy sharing buckets of chicken with family and friends.
