Costa Coffee unveils expanded Bishopbriggs outlet after major refit

The shop now offers over 100 indoor and outdoor seats.

Costa Coffee has reopened its branch at Strathkelvin Retail Park in Bishopbriggs after completing a major extension and refurbishment that has almost doubled the store’s size.

The shop has expanded into an additional unit and now offers over 100 indoor and outdoor seats.

Changes include a redesigned counter, an extra till, and new coffee machines intended to speed up service.

The store is also stocking Costa’s latest range of baked pastries, alongside its Mocha Italia blend.

Seven new baristas have been recruited as part of the expansion.

The Bishopbriggs branch at Strathkelvin Retail Park is open from 6:30 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm on Saturdays, and 8 am to 7 pm on Sundays.
