Domino’s delivers 200,000 pizzas for Feed the Knead programme
This translates to 173 daily for three years.
Domino’s delivered 200,000 pizzas to people in need in a span of three years or around 173 pizzas daily through the company’s Feed the Knead programme.
Established in 2020, Feed the Knead has gone from strength to strength to provide for individuals and communities doing it tough.
The program invites people to nominate those who may need some extra assistance during times of hardship via a form on Domino’s website, providing localised support by giving them one less thing to worry about – a safe, hot meal.
Domino’s ANZ CEO Don Meij expressed his gratitude for the ongoing community support behind the program.
“When we launched our Feed the Knead program, we were deeply moved by the way communities banded together to nominate those in need; a local effort with national impact that makes a difference, one slice at a time,” Meij said.
Domino’s Warana franchisees Andrew Wood and Skye Youd were proud to achieve the highest number of pizza donations among Australian stores, generously donating 5,761 pizzas to those in need across the past three years.
The Feed the Knead program is powered by community participation and locally owned and operated Domino’s stores.
