Deliverect taps ex-Papa Johns exec for US leadership

The leadership change follows Deliverect surpassing 1 billion orders processed.

Deliverect has appointed Justin Falciola as President of the Americas, as the company looks to expand its use of AI and grow its presence in the US market.

Falciola has held senior roles in the restaurant industry, including at Papa John’s, where he joined in 2016 to lead their digital team and was promoted to Chief Analytics and Technology Officer in 2018.

Before joining Deliverect, Falciola served as Chief Technology & Growth Officer at CKE Restaurant Holdings, the parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, where he oversaw IT operations globally.

The leadership change comes as Deliverect reports having processed over 1 billion orders on its platform.
