Wendy’s unveils ‘immersive’ flagship in Brisbane
This is the US burger chain's second restaurant in Australia
Wendy’s will open an ‘immersive’ flagship restaurant in Brisbane this October, following the opening of its first restaurant in Queensland.
The Brisbane flagship, called the Haus of Wendy’s, will open in the city’s CBD with a blue façade overlooking King George Square. The restaurant will feature several themed rooms designed to reflect the brand’s identity, alongside its standard menu focused on fresh, never-frozen beef and other core items.
Corina Black, chief marketing officer of Wendy’s ANZ, said the flagship will set the tone for the brand’s expansion plans in Australia.
Wendy’s describes the site as its first immersive concept in Australia. The brand plans to roll out 200 restaurants nationwide over the next decade, with the next wave of openings planned in 2026.
