Urban Greens and Legare launches new ‘The Panzanella by Legare’

This new addition is curated by Jay Patel, founder and owner of Legare.

Urban Greens has announced the launch of 'The Panzanella by Legare' in collaboration with Italian restaurant Legare, which marks the latest installment in its Chef-Led Series.

Jay Patel, founder and owner of Legare, has curated the new item.

The Panzanella by Legare is a crafted blend of hot smoked salmon, kale, roasted red peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, broccoli, sugarsnaps, pickled onions, mint, and hazelnuts, finished with a new basil vinaigrette dressing.

The Chef-Led Series at Urban Greens brings London’s top culinary talent into their kitchens to create unique, limited-time dishes.
