Singapore-based burrito and kebab chain Stuff’d to use faux-beef from Impossible Foods

The fast casual chain will completely replace beef from animals from its menu for an initial 3-month period.

Singapore-based burrito and kebab QSR chain Stuff’d announced an initial 3-month campaign that will see them replace beef from cows on its menu with Impossible Beef made from plants across its 36 outlets.

The fast casual chain said it will drop the prices of the Impossible Kebab, Impossible Burrito, Impossible Salad and Impossible Daily Bowl by up to 25% to match the previous prices of items made with conventional ground beef.

“We’ve had Impossible Beef on the menu for the past 2 years, and the response to the product has been positive. With the added ability to price-match the Impossible Beef with conventional beef from cows, we hope to introduce this plant-based protein to a wider audience,” Stuff’d operations head Matthew K George said in a statement.

To celebrate the launch, Stuff’d is running a two-week giveaway on their Instagram, giving three individuals the chance to win a month’s supply of Stuff’d Impossible items.
