Starbucks Singapore is serving new ube-based drinks
It also launched a limited-edition merch line with Japanese streetwear brand BEAMS.
Starbucks Singapore has introduced two new ube-based drinks to its menu: the Iced Ube Oatmilk Macchiato (Less Sweet) and the Crunchy Ube Oatmilk Espresso Affogato-style Frappuccino (Less Sweet).
The Iced Ube Oatmilk Macchiato (Less Sweet) combines sweet ube (purple yam), oatmilk, and espresso shots.
Meanwhile, the Crunchy Ube Oatmilk Espresso Affogato-style Frappuccino (Less Sweet) blends the same ube and oatmilk base into a frappuccino, topped with whipped cream, espresso, and pecan crumbs.
The drinks are available in stores, through the Starbucks app, and on delivery platforms such as GrabFood, foodpanda, and Deliveroo.
Moreover, Starbucks is introducing a new limited-edition merchandise line in partnership with Japanese streetwear brand BEAMS.

The collection features three designs, including orange-accented hues, checkered patterns, and vintage Americana-inspired items.
The collaboration will also feature a lineup of eight drinkware and lifestyle merchandise items, such as cooler bags, water bottles, bottle holders, mini pouches, mugs, and tumblers.
The BEAMS + Starbucks Collaboration is available from 24 June in selected stores and on its website at 10 a.m., whilst stocks last.
